Old and under construction. In hindsight, I could have stayed at a brand new hotel for 30 percent less with a working pool and extra amenities. Breakfast was horrible.

We were told that our reservation for a King Bed shouldn’t have been booked through ********** because they didn’t have any available. Instead we were given two queen size beds. Also on the third floor where we had to use the stairs with someone who has breathing challenges. Their elevator was broken. I feel like we should have been compensated for this.

Hotel was average, could use a refreshment soon. Breakfast was good. Hotel elevator was down, but the hotel gave us a first floor room which definitely helped us.

good service, bad room
the staff was absolutely wonderful, especially the gentleman on maintenance that i’d spoken too. but in terms of condition of the room that we stayed in, it was bad. there was an infestation of stink bugs by the ac unit, the tv was broken, the door to our room did not close all the way, the lock on said door was also ripped off entirely, the bathroom door did not lock, and the state of the shower itself was not good.
酒店位置太绝了！紧邻景区/地铁口/商圈，出行、游玩、购物都超方便。周边环境清幽，酒店内绿植点缀恰到好处，装修风格简约大气，整体氛围宁静又治愈，推窗就能感受到惬意，度假感直接拉满～
整个酒店都在装修。没有泳池，电梯也停运了。他们说已经多次试图联系*******，但他们就是不肯更改房源信息。
早餐是Spunkmeyer松饼、流动华夫饼粉、酸奶、贝果、橙子和苹果。饮料只有牛奶或橙汁可选。
对于一个计划好的周末来说，真是有点失望！
糟糕的体验
地板很脏；卫生纸架坏了；并非所有灯都有灯泡；窗户关不上，导致空调超负荷运转；门锁不牢，除非用力关上；走廊里的建筑灰尘和碎屑清理不彻底；“早餐”简陋，热餐盘似乎总是空着；酒店里没有纸巾。
酒店正在施工，这显然是必要的。我的房间阴暗潮湿，破旧不堪。这个地方需要升级改造。电梯坏了，早餐也不供应。这不算是我住过的最差的一次，但绝对算不上最好的。
不确定这家酒店是否符合汉普顿酒店的标准。
浴缸水龙头滴水，没有卫生用品（泰诺或布洛芬）。被大厅对面没有门的房间的瓷砖拆除工作吵醒了。
