Hotel was average, could use a refreshment soon. Breakfast was good. Hotel elevator was down, but the hotel gave us a first floor room which definitely helped us.

The front desk staff were friendly , but the pool was closed and out of order probably my fault should’ve called ahead to see and the elevator was down. The room was dusty but it was fairly clean just had to wipe it down a little . Guest quiet and so it was relaxing and didn’t seem to be a busy hotel which was nice .

The hotel was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. There was a horrible smell in the entire hotel. It was very dirty. You could see dirt piles on the floors like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. The pool was closed, but we were not informed of this until after we checked in. The elevator stopped working several times. The staff was very rude and acted like it was an inconvenience if you even said hello to them. We had booked 2 nights and checked out first thing in the morning after the first night of being there.
酒店位置太绝了！紧邻景区/地铁口/商圈，出行、游玩、购物都超方便。周边环境清幽，酒店内绿植点缀恰到好处，装修风格简约大气，整体氛围宁静又治愈，推窗就能感受到惬意，度假感直接拉满～
整个酒店都在装修。没有泳池，电梯也停运了。他们说已经多次试图联系*******，但他们就是不肯更改房源信息。
早餐是Spunkmeyer松饼、流动华夫饼粉、酸奶、贝果、橙子和苹果。饮料只有牛奶或橙汁可选。
对于一个计划好的周末来说，真是有点失望！
糟糕的体验
地板很脏；卫生纸架坏了；并非所有灯都有灯泡；窗户关不上，导致空调超负荷运转；门锁不牢，除非用力关上；走廊里的建筑灰尘和碎屑清理不彻底；“早餐”简陋，热餐盘似乎总是空着；酒店里没有纸巾。
酒店正在施工，这显然是必要的。我的房间阴暗潮湿，破旧不堪。这个地方需要升级改造。电梯坏了，早餐也不供应。这不算是我住过的最差的一次，但绝对算不上最好的。
不确定这家酒店是否符合汉普顿酒店的标准。
浴缸水龙头滴水，没有卫生用品（泰诺或布洛芬）。被大厅对面没有门的房间的瓷砖拆除工作吵醒了。
