On the day of our visit, we found that check-in was courteous and fast. We found the Staff, pleasant and helpful.
Our assigned room was ready, clean and came with a roll-in shower as needed. It was located on the street-side of the building and suffered from traffic sounds until 10 PM where the sounds began to settle-down for the evening. Rooms overlooking the courtyard and the backside are very quite.
Next-day, we sauntered into the hotel's cafe mid-morning and enjoyed a very delicious sandwich. The hotel is located in an area blessed with a wealth of shops and restaurants.
Overall, we had a pleasant visit and would do it again.

Not my favorite Courtyard- will not stay here again. Seems like an older building, weird smells here and there. Do not stay on road side otherwise you will hear sirens all night long- needs better windows apparently. Stayed for 2 night had them move my room second night- they were very helpful with that. Second night much quieter. Workout room had no cups for water and such an easy fix should never run out and the workout towels smell really bad. Housekeeping leaves the garage bags for small cans in room lying there-waiting for ME to put them in I guess? Water pressure super low in shower.

Bugs in the room. Had to be asked to be moved. Terrible front desk staff in the pm shift. It was very late when we checked in and the staff member was just rude

Too expensive. They charge for everything. And if you have to leave early, they still charge you for the room.

经济型酒店，没什么亮点，周边商场很多，沃尔玛、山姆会员店还有其它很多商店，购物很方便。
我在万怡酒店住得很愉快。员工友好而有礼貌。酒店位置便利，毗邻众多餐馆，前往高速公路非常方便。我没有给他们 5 星的唯一原因是我房间里的冰箱坏了。他们确实派了一名技术人员在我入住的最后一晚更换了冰箱，但我不得不因此扔掉食物。此外，我支付了额外的早餐费，但酒店餐厅在一天早上开门很晚，我无法使用这项服务。之后我就没再光顾他们了。总的来说，这是一家很棒的酒店，我下次来格林斯博罗还会再来的。
我不喜欢消防车和急救车几乎每小时一班，而且最后一晚我的厕所整晚都在运行。最后一晚我很难入睡，我的冷藏箱（冰箱）也坏了
