Nice location, friendly service. But….the television situation is a mess. 4 trips to the front desk, very complicated system to operate the tv. Channel buttons don’t work, on purpose. You have to type in each number and can’t just scroll around. Also, my shower head dripped the entire time, not an issue until trying to sleep. I’ve stayed here a few times and will stay again, but could use some updates on small things.

No hot tub, no pool, bathroom shower door was gross. Desk help was good. Breakfast was not the greatest. Wouldn't stay here again for the price we paid.

The staff is not friendly, rude actually. The hotel room was not in great condition. Definitely not worth the price.

First time there..The room was okay but had better at other places in big rapids..pool ice cold. Hot tub green/ yellow never went in the 2 days I was there pool or hot tub. Breakfast was ok/ good. Just depends. Probably will stay somewhere else in the spring.. Hopefully gets better.

Staff friendly. Breakfast hot, and good selection. Breakfast person, Kaylee, was excellent ! She was friendly, and kept everything clean and food, hot. She should be commended ! Bed was comfortable, great pillows

hotel is old and needs to be refurbished. staff is friendly and helpful but cannot overcome the dilapidated rooms, bathrooms and facilities.

Oh my gosh, where to begin. When I was checking in they were telling the lady in front of me that there wasn't anyone available to fix the broken toilet in her room so her options were to just deal with it (there were no rooms available) or they would refund her money. That should have been a red flag. My bathroom shower was covered in mold. The toilet also did not work but I was able to flush it by taking the top off and pulling up on the flusher bar. The room carpets were filthy. I asked for a toothbrush and they told me they don't give out supplies, the kid at the counter was wearing and most of the outlets in the hotel room didn't work. What a disaster. The only thing good about the hotel is the condition of the lobby and the breakfast quality.
