We thought overall the property and room was nice. However, I had reserved a room with a “roll” in shower because my husband is handicapped and can’t step over a tub edge. We were given room with tub. An outlet in our room was hanging by wires near bed. Room service food arrived cold. Then when we checked the hotel held TWICE the amount of my CC for our two night stay, that is unacceptable.

This was a concert day and the hotel was full. The restaurant was packed and the very understaffed. However, while people were somewhat disappointed in the service, the restaurant staff was incredibly professional. They were polite, respectful and very considerate. I would give them a 15 out of 10! Very impressed!

I will say, the staff at this hotel is AMAZING!!! Several of the people that I talked to were very nice. It must be that southern hospice that I’m just not used to up north. 😂 I ended up having to switch rooms due to the air-conditioning and a need for a walk-in shower due to an injury. The staff immediately was able to get me assigned to a new room. In fact, I didn’t even need to come to the front desk to make this request. Now, I can be a stickler when it comes to hotels and I do pay attention to the minor details. The rooms need to be renovated. There’s a lot of chipped paint, severe cracks, discoloration throughout the room and mild bubbling/water damage in the ceiling in the bathrooms. To me, paying attention to this level of detail as a hotel can really just contribute to the comfortability of your guests. And id think most of that kind of stuff would be an easy fix. Just my recommendation.

我去办理入住手续,我们之前预订了那家酒店。结果到了房间才发现是单人间,而不是双人间。房间里还有一股很重的霉味。而且空调也坏了,我们整晚都热得受不了。这次入住体验糟透了。
住宿还行。801房间床单上有头发,天花板石膏板被水损坏,价格有点高。停车费18美元/天。早餐需付费。
虽然我开了暖气,但房间还是很冷。地毯也很冷,我想是因为地板是水泥的。浴室比较小。
停车要付费,而且没有免费早餐。食物很贵。大堂和餐厅都冷得要命。
另找一间浴室。浴室没有风扇。卧室没有额外的镜子。房间空间有限。
