When we arrive the hotel was out of keys. The front desk had to unlock the room door Everytime we returned back to the hotel.

Room was dirty with spider and cobweb next to the curtain. Elevator had strong smoke smell. Bread in the breakfast had fungus which was thrown after we pointed out to the staff.

The hotel is lacking staff support and rooms are very dirty. I appreciated the clean sheets, but it was too dirty to take a shower or walk around barefoot.
