I stayed with my family for one night and immediately regretted the choice of hotel. This hotel is not a good choice for families for many reasons: first, it is much more work than other hotels to get luggage and belongings into and out of hotel rooms. This hotel does not have an unloading spot in front of the lobby for temporary parking and unloading and the elevators are far away from entrances. Second of all, the location is in a nonresidential neighborhood and few restaurants can be found nearby. Third is the parking scam whereby guests are charged and additional $10 plus taxes per night on top of the hotel charges. Fourth is the condition of the hotel- it not well maintained. We were assigned a room where the heating did not work and the room temperature was 62F when we entered. We did get moved to a new room and at 2:15 am we were awoken by a fire alarm. An unpleasant experience for the entire family.

Hotel was packed for Thanksgiving Holidays.
Good place to stay... includes a kitchenette!
My issue is service was poor. Stayed 4 nights. Didn't have service... beds made, fresh towels or garbage emptied.
Front desk was helpful... apologetic. Appreciated feedback. Maybe understaffed? Not my typical Hilton experience.
