Staff was very nice and courteous! I was in a handicapped room / no carpet / floor was filthy / feet were black after walking around. Also no coffee maker in room .

我们来城里探亲,度过了漫长的一天。入住体验实际上是我住过的所有酒店中最好的一次。我们习惯住四星以上的酒店,但找不到允许携带宠物的酒店,所以根据评价决定住在这里。房间本身还不错;但是淋浴间很脏,地板上有死虫子。我个人在淋浴间滑倒了,因为没有淋浴垫,地板被弄湿了。床也很不舒服,这让入住体验更加糟糕。我看到这家酒店有很多潜力,但不幸的是,我的经历并非如此。
我们房间的地板很脏。我的鞋子粘在上面,最后我拿了一条湿毛巾擦了擦,心想可能是他们用的拖地剂的问题,结果毛巾擦完地板后变黑了。浴室真的太老旧了。我觉得这家酒店很久没怎么升级改造了。前台工作人员人很好,只是希望我们的房间也能这么干净。这次住宿我们损失了700美元,因为我们只住了一晚就退房了,然后又找了另一家酒店住。
我一定会再次入住。
