我们入住了密西西比州杰克逊市的 Spark by Hilton 酒店。前台服务很好,酒店也很干净。房间里没有微波炉,但除此之外,我觉得一切都挺好的。
总的来说还不错,就是早餐太难吃了。勉强住了一晚。
干净整洁,早餐种类偏少。
只有价格好,这次的房间有股隐隐约约的臭味,好多小强,对于出差来说,这些就糟糕了!!!!网络不行,不晓得是不是iPhone 手机的问题,那个龟速啊……
爱死这家酒店了!我在这附近上班,但家住两个多小时以外,所以每周都订这里。
房间还不错,但入住时就进行了装修,维修工把房间弄得一团糟。浴室也很脏,尤其是浴缸和马桶。我试图联系服务台投诉,但她无法通过电话或亲自联系到。考虑到这家酒店的名字是希尔顿,我对这次住宿感到非常失望。我不推荐住在这个地方。
我希望能给负分。大厅里的地毯很脏。浴室里有一块我们入住时用过的肥皂。没有时钟,空调噪音很大,而且上午我没能洗澡,因为淋浴间里有积水……浴缸感觉也不干净……我退房时告诉了前台……她似乎对此毫不在意……祝我度过美好的一天……结果却很糟糕……我真的需要洗个澡!真是浪费钱……本来可以免费睡在车里……我再也不会住这里了。真不敢相信那上面竟然有希尔顿的名字……
办理入住的 Chanelle 很专业也很友善,让整个过程很顺利。进入房间后,一切似乎都很好,直到我们需要插入设备。整个房间只有两个插座。墙上的一个灯具的插头悬在空中,因为没有地方插上电源。开了一整天的车后,我们需要洗个澡。浴帘的下沿长满了黑色的霉菌。我当时应该投诉的,但我没有。洗完澡后,浴室里有一股强烈的尿味和霉味。味道很浓,令人作呕。浴缸一干,气味就消散了。床还算舒服,但是今天早上醒来时,我的脸上被枕头弄起了皮疹。今天早上退房的那位女士很不高兴,她几乎不说话也不笑。我想表达对我们住宿的担忧,但又觉得不太自在。
我会再次入住。没问题。干净整洁。设施齐全。甚至还有迷你冰箱可以冷藏第二天的饮料,电视上还显示着我的名字欢迎我入住。简直让我兴奋不已!!!谢谢
水是棕色的,有时还泛黄。晚上11点来的那位女士极其粗鲁,好像我问问题打扰了她似的。她对待顾客的方式简直疯了。房间很干净,仅此而已。
