The hotel is in need of remodeling the breakfast is not what it use to be. Not enough staff manning the kitchen. The room are old and the future is in need of repair. We will not stay here the next time.

Clean room but pillows were small and bed wasn’t very comfortable. It’s just a pretty old hotel and it shows but the staff was nice!

Huge room, very clean, quiet. The breakfast was excellent.
Nia was very helpful and attentive during our check in process and our stay.

I had to get moved to two different rooms due to one smelling like mold and the other curtains was down

Room has mold in the shower, carpets were stained and curtains were dirty. Lamps were rusty.
I asked for a blanket and they said they didn’t have extras. The next day I asked again and it took 2 calls, 2 trips to the front desk and 2 hors for them to give me a blanket.

Have stayed here yearly the last few years. Wonderful staff and building.

Need better customer support!
We had to switch rooms twice due to the first room having a sink faucet that wouldn’t turn off, and the AC not working in the second room. No discount nor room upgrades were offered for our troubles.

1st Time Staying Here...Ok for business "day" trip
The hotel stay was good overall with customer service receiving the highest ratest. The hotel is outdated and could benefit from updates to the bathroom and hotel room. Air condition unit was also not working to his most optimal level. This was my first time staying at this Hilton.
