Need better customer support!
We had to switch rooms twice due to the first room having a sink faucet that wouldn’t turn off, and the AC not working in the second room. No discount nor room upgrades were offered for our troubles.

1st Time Staying Here...Ok for business "day" trip
The hotel stay was good overall with customer service receiving the highest ratest. The hotel is outdated and could benefit from updates to the bathroom and hotel room. Air condition unit was also not working to his most optimal level. This was my first time staying at this Hilton.

The building was beautifully designed and our handicap accessible room and bathroom were spacious, but the walls, carpet, dining chairs and elevators are in need of some updates.

I was there for a conference. A couple of the conf rooms were too warm. Other than that, great stay. Staff very friendly and accommodating

This was a nice hotel about 30 years ago. Service was excellent as was the food. That said the Hilton Standard is questionable. This place is in desperate need of a renovation. Chairs everywhere are old and peeling. Poor lighting and drab. Wish I could’ve stayed in the 90s it must’ve been something

Would not stay at this Hilton again
Poor quality of rooms for the price . The guest room we were given 318 was musty smelling, the bed coverings were damp t to the touch & the a/c unit wasn’t working, the bathroom had a wall fixture that was hanging off the wall.
We were moved across the hall. Room 323 was a little better, at least the a/c worked. But the room still has a musty smell, the bathroom wasn’t very clean, the beds were not comfortable, and the tv was missing its cable so the tv wouldn’t work.
All in all was not a favorable stay and will not choose this hotel to stay in again.

There was no fan in the bathroom, steamed up the mirror after shower. No ice in ice machine at all, otherwise fine.
再也不来了
花了 30 多分钟才进房间，最后维修人员不得不让我们进去！邻居们整晚都在门上敲门，声音很大，他们一出电梯就能听到！
