Room was clean. Hotel decor was pleasant. Staff was very nice. Bed was not great, a little hard. A pillow top bed would have been great

No service, no clean room asked for cleaning service three times , finally someone dropped off towels but was assured someone would follow up at 6:00pm with a clean up and trash removal .. never showed up

The sofabed was like a medieval torture device. The king bedspread was scratchy and dirty, the duvet underneath had no cover on it and hadn’t been washed in awhile. The toilet seat was old and had scratches and blistered paint on it. There were two coffee pods provided but only one cup. Not great.

Wonderful in every way. Pristine, clean, nice staff. Room smelled like we walked into a fragrant spa. Looked like a brand new room and hotel. Beautiful beach views from the balcony. One of the best places I’ve stayed regardless of $$.

房间比正常入住时间晚了一个小时才准备好。洗浴用品，比如分配瓶，很难用泵抽。护发素瓶是空的。空调噪音很大。很高兴能离开那里。
一切都很棒，只是房间里有一点霉味。
