It looks nothing like the pictures you n the site. They changed my room without notifying me when asked about the suite that I had booked he said it was under construction and wasn’t available. I had no microwave and , phone didn’t work in the room they placed me in just bad experience all the way around. Will not be returning.

Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Can’t believe it’s a Marriott property. it’s old and outdated. None of the expected Marriott amenities. No one’s TV in the rooms worked. Lobby hotel only had about 8 channels and you had had to bring your room remote to change the channels as the staff advised they couldn’t find a remote. We will never stay at another courtyard based on this experience

No TV in rooms, renovations were being done but not advertised. Ice machines on floors not working. Only machine near the gym was working! Common microwave was filthy!! A/C in room was so loud, we had to keep it at a higher temperature so it didn’t make loud noises!!

Yeah I've never been in a Marriott property or maybe even quick hotel stay on the highway that was this bad. I'll never use ******* for a bundle after this and considering transferring my loyalty to Hilton properties.

The property is a dump. Staff is very nice and helpful. Has a pool. But the rooms, hallways, elevators, everything inside is a dump. The furniture is old and tattered. Inside the room, there is hardly any light. The bath towels are small. Everything is old, chipped, scratched. The owner obviously does not spend a dime trying to make the place look nice. Furniture is old and worn out. How much does it cost to replace a chair in the lobby? I stayed one night and checked out early. Awful place. Can’t believe it’s a Courtyard. Never again.

Horrible hotel Rooms were dirty, lamp didn’t have a shade, toilet & shower filthy Staff did not care at all Booked 2 queens but they gave us a single bed with a couch then got angry when we asked for sheets for couch I can not express what a horrible experience this was

Hotel under renovation. Debis in hallways, filthy carpet, chaos everywhere. Rooms not up to standard--old, dilapidated furniture, refrigerator didn't work. Complained to manager at check out, promised a refund, which never came. My calls to the hotel went unanswered. This hotel should be deflagged. It is a disgrace. Not fit for human habitation.

I’m a 35-year Marriott employee, and I was appalled by the condition of this hotel. It was under renovation and should not have been operational. Ripped and stained carpet in the hallways, construction debis in public guest areas, room in disrepair with old, dingy decor, malfunctioning refrigerator, and construction noise after business hours. I complained, was offered a refund that was never processed. My follow up calls to the general manger were never returned. Hotel should be deflagged or demolished. Shocking and abysmal experience.
