The peoperty and staff were nice but my problem was the fact that you had to pay for both continental and buffett breakfast considering the price for the room. Not acceptable.

Best hotel stay in a long time
Absolutely wonderful hotel! Very clean. Very good rates. Did not charge a fee for my 2 dogs. Was on the 2nd floor. Could not hear anyone moving around above or in the hall. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion were all provided. It was very good quality too. They offer free bottles of water in the lob. The room was also cool. Bed was a little harder than I like but it was still comfortable! Will definitely stay here again. There’s also a really nice walking path right by the hotel with a fountain and pond. 10/10 recommend this hotel.

I liked the Hilton Garden Inn Jackson/Madison location. I also liked the convenient parking. My room was nice and clean. The staff members were very nice and friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast service that was available. Please include the breakfast option as apart of your reservation, it is less expensive that way. If you are visiting Jackson State University this is the hotel to stay at.

Hotel is located where everything is near. Staff were very accommodating and facilities nice. It is on my list of return hotels in the Madison area.

Very nice facility, the only downside was the fan on the AC was kind of noisy. But even so, I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

This property was beautiful! I didn't spend a lot of time on site but the view out of my window with the sunrise was gorgeous. It was easy to park, check in, and get to my room and I was thankful for this because I arrived late at a night and was travelling alone. Everything was well lit so I felt as safe as I could feel. My room was comfortable and clean as well.

Mini fridge did not work. The food we brought went bad. Microwave didn't work, so we couldn't even eat the food we brought before it went bad. Mold in the shower. AC would not go below 74 degrees. The sheet did not fit the bed... It was either queen or single on a king bed. All in all, not a pleasant stay at all!
