Roaches bed frame injury to my leg bathroom dirty halls and room smelled. Horrible stay beds uncomfortable overall dissatisfied . Would like a full refund as I had to check out early do to conditions of Hotel even offered a different room even worse than original room I will never ever use again.

Front desk staff was nice and the breakfast was good and that was about it. My room smelled like a mix between a pool and bleach and not in a good way. There was a shared room door that was not even close to be closed all the way. The walls looked like a the room was being worked on and never finished. The shower was nasty and had black stuff around the edges. The mirrors looked like they were sprayed with something and then smeared off with a dirty rag. I could hear every toilet flush and shower in the morning along with a stale water smell. If I had checked my room earlier when I checked in, I would have asked for a refund immediately. I am a solo traveler and didn’t feel safe in that room at all. I took pictures of it all as well. I travel a lot and this is the first time I had to write a bad review.

The room was very clean and so was the rest of the hotel. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The hot breakfast was good, bacon, sausage, eggs, waffle maker along with other offerings was excellent.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room was terrible, just one room with beds and a bathroom, no microwave, no toaster, breakfast consisted of the same food everday, no changes. Staff member were very nice.

The front desk staff was very helpful and nice. The room was clean and easy to access. As everything we need. The breakfast was good, hot and very healthy. I will definitely book it again next time I go to Charlotte. Love it

我们预订这家酒店就是冲着它的泳池来的。结果到了才发现泳池在装修。酒店说我们可以去用隔壁酒店的泳池，但那个泳池条件很差。我们一家人带着四个孩子在这里住了一整个星期，结果全程都没泳池用。要是早知道这样，我们根本就不会订这家酒店。
酒店外墙正在粉刷，大部分停车位都用绳子围起来了，附近停车位都被占了，而且当时还下着倾盆大雨。他们本可以在下雨天开放一些停车位的。
