We really enjoy our stay. Friendly staff who accommodated an early check in. Room was clean and spacious. Great free breakfast.

My family and I stay at the hotel was okay, but from the reviews we thought it would have been better. The doors to the hotel were loud when closing and my daughter room had a big roach or a big water bug that was in the bathroom which so happened to crawled into the bed area. She informed the front desk, but nothing was done. Housekeeping was only done one time of our 3 full day stay. We had to empty our own trash cans and gathered up our own towels and placed them outside the door. The morning staff was wonderful, but the night staff had a not so nice attitude. The breakfast was off the chain. Don’t know if we will stay in the future.

I booked a 3 nights stay, with no problems. Even though I had no problem getting supplies from the front desk when housekeeping was off for the Thanksgiving Holiday, Breakfast was OK hot every morning with a Different variety. Rooms were very very clean. The smell of the hotel was very nice and it wasn’t that they just sprayed a can of air freshener here and there because, they knew you were coming. It smelled really nice and refreshing throughout the entire stay. Staff was extra nice as well. Although this was not my first time staying there I will book again.

Room was good, breakfast was great, check in and out was easy. Only negative was that the outside door to the rear of the hotel was “OUT OF ORDER” and remained open our entire stay and look like it had been that way for a while. Our room was right next to the broken door.

There was not hot water. My 96 year old mother had to take a bath in cold water. I think we should get some discount because of the experience. Where can we present our complaint?

The breakfast was not good at all. No pastries as advertised. The hot water was lukewarm at best. It felt like their hot water heater was out. The room was clean though

This may be on *******, and not the Hampton, but I had to pay a $75.00 non-refundable pet deposit for my 8 pound Yorkie. Really? I think ******* needs to make that info available before booking.
