Called before booking and requested a second floor room. Stayed on the phone for twenty minutes during booking and was assigned a specific room. Upon checking in my room was given away and I was put on higher level floor. Really irritating.

酒店回复: We do apologize; at the time of your call the room you requested was available but the guest that was due to vacate decided to stay another. Our policies stay we can move a guest from a room unless the property is full which prevents that guest for extending

My family and I loved the hotel. We came from Atlanta to celebrate my niece baby shower. Our hotel room was big and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good as well. I will definitely stay here in the future.

This is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed in so far in the area. Very quiet. Not in a busy area. Walkable food and shopping. The staff was AMAZING!!!!!!! My family will not stay anywhere else when we are in town. 10/10!!!

简直无法接受！
首先，泳池里的水被排干了，我们准备游泳，在安排行程之前，他们就保证泳池已经准备好了。早餐没有厨师，所以他们给我们安排了自助餐，根本没法吃。我们不得不多花钱去吃早餐。房间里有一股难闻的气味，好像地毯上洒了什么东西。淋浴设备老旧，喷头出水很差。再也不住这家希尔顿了。希尔顿的品牌落后了一步，正在失去竞争力。注意：为什么我回家后还要照片！
非常失望
暖气/空调噪音很大——半夜不得不换房间，因为房间一直没有制冷。隔壁的房间也很吵。墙上的通风口直接吹到床上，吹得头发都飘起来了。我们根本没睡着。
第二天早上咖啡壶坏了，这真是让人无法忍受。
房子很容易找到，而且干净整洁。我不喜欢早餐等收费太高。我本来希望有一个游泳池
