The staff was very pleasant! They made the stay well worth while. The room wasn't quite up to the level of cleanliness that we are used to at most Holiday Inn Express locations, and the pool unfortunately wasn't open during our stay, but they are remodeling so we can understand.

I requested a handicap room on first floor. I was given non handicap on third floor. There was only one bath towel I requested additional on the first day. Our stay was three days never received the needed bath towel.

Wasn't there long, but the TV picture was clear, the Lions won, and the front desk staff was great!

Festival of Oddities!? stay here or beware!
We enjoyed our two night stay!
King size beds were "Goldilocks" perfect!
The room was updated, clean, large tv, lots of room, chaise lounge was a nice feature.
Location worked out fine for our two vacation destinations (Charlotte and not too far from Lansing)
About the breakfast: delicious, abundant choices, coffee worth the wait!
