The stay was good. The free breakfast is great. The staff was great . I have 2 rooms. One room had bugs. The 2nd room was not clean. It smelled like mold. The carpet was not clean & throughly vacuumed & the tile floor dirty. Also the walk-in shower is small for a person with mobility problems.

It took all night for the a/c at 66 to cool down the room, bathroom light over sink was out, no bags in the garbage cans, the lobby smelled of mold and mildew, thankfully it wasn't on the 4th floor, the remote batteries needed changing

Great staff!
Stacey, at the reception desk, was very kind. One of us needed a band-aid and Stacey went to her car and got us one from her own supply. She is an asset and a keeper. We truly appreciate Stacey’s help!

The hotel is in a good location. Staff is under staffed and not a real good attitude. Renovations are taking place. One elevator down. Just needs more renovations and maybe some customer relations classes for the weekend help.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. However, they ran out of breakfast items (grits) and we were told they were only allowed two pots for breakfast-even though the hotel was completely full! The housekeeping staff did not replace all the towels and we were only given one towel for our room. The front desk's reply when asked for more was "housekeeping did not wash or dry the towels for the day and there are none available." There was only one working elevator on the property.

I never got to travel there as I was sick with Covid I had to get ******* to cancel the reservations and they refused to refund my money I will never use ******* again I didn’t get sick on purpose they just refused to refund my money
