This hotel was a big letdown. The property is old, worn down, and had mold throughout. The staff seemed uninterested and not very friendly. Breakfast was poorly managed — there were no eggs left, and none of the other food items were being replenished. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and uneven, making it hard to sleep. Overall, the place needs serious updates and better customer service. I wouldn’t stay here again.

It was 'ok'...not what I would expect for the price... noisy, thin walls, ceiling...no regular coffee when I went for some in the breakfast...that was a bummer 😕...kid liked the pool...

Worst hotel experience we have ever had.

We booked a room for 6 people. At check in the room did not sleep 6 people. The front desk staff was very unprofessional and rude when we simply asked for a roll away bed. They were not busy at all. She stated they didnt have any available that night (literally was 5 cars in the parking lot). Then after complaining she bangs on our door at 10pm with a roll away bed. She was very argumentative and unprofessional.

The first flies was pretty noisy when the pool was open. I stood there for two days and unfortunately, the pool got shut down for maintenance. Then there’s water tracks all over the place from people coming out and not drying off before entering the hallway. Otherwise the staff is very friendly and nice. The room was clean and had everything that I needed. The only thing that didn’t work was the rolled up on the window. It would go down, but it wouldn’t go up so I couldn’t get any natural light into the room.

Upon arrival there was a wait for the room assignment. I learned later there was a lack of staff that day and that contributed to the delay. However, the bed was comfortable, using the app for entry made for convenient access, Internet access was great, and breakfast offered many options.

We stayed 3 nights. Had room cleaned/trash picked up one time. When we asked about room, front desk said “you can get it tomorrow”. Since when do hotels not offer daily room service? Key card machine didn’t work. Took 2 days to get a key that worked. Room was clean. 3 towels for 3 people.
