Room was fine. Staff were nice. The only problem was breakfast was in a vending machine. It would have been nice to have breakfast provided as other hotels do.

Very Disappointed
Weve stayed here in the past, and it was pretty good overall. However, we will not stay here again or recommend this location. In the bathroom I noticed it could have been cleaner, there were rings around the tub, soap residue on the soap holder in tub area and above the toilet. I informed the front desk agent (young lady) via both phone call and after we were leaving out for the day. Also, requested fresh towels. Was told will let housekeeping know and take care of it. Upon returning that night, bathroom not cleaned nor fresh towels. Informed the front desk(young man), he was attentive, apologized for inconvenience and stated he would make sure housekeeping would take care of the issue in the morning. However, I informed him we were checking out in the morning. Management needs to re-train the cleaning staff, because that experience is both unsanitary and unhealthy. This needs to be addressed asap! No one wants to shower or stay in an unclean space. Also, the toilets are too low, and the pillows are terrible! And, the hotel could use both a deep cleaning and bathrooms need updating. The hotel does have an unpleasant odor especially the elevator and hallway.

The OK Corral.
Overall it was ok. The room was clean and comfortable. Was disappointed that there was not breakfast at hotel. Eateries were plenty around facility. Parking lot was filthy. The back door did not latch shut so lacked in security. The gentleman who checked us in was nice but not welcoming. The day shift lady was very nice and accommodating. Located for easy access to I10

Extremely dirty. Stains everywhere. The floor and carpet turned our feet black in 2 minutes and was absolutely filthy with crumbs all over the couch and chairs and floor. The dishes they leave for you to use had food stuck to it. We only spent one night and couldn’t wait to leave. Thankfully there weren’t any roaches though.

Not much to walk to for food or convenience. It is, however, in a pretty quiet part of town. No foot traffic. No parking lot party animals or bums hanging around, which is very comforting compared to a lot of places that you would pay more for. I slept well with that piece of mind.

We stayed for one night while traveling across country. When we checked in the staff was on the phone (fine), but we had to wait a while while other staff came in/out. Finally were given our room and upon entering there were some cleanliness issues. I had already asked for a different room and been told they were sold out, so we had to stick with what they gave us. To make things worse, the bed was broken. It was a queen bed and if you sat on the edge, or laid too close it collapsed, spilling you out. It was extremely uncomfortable.
Overall we felt that we were on our own for these kinds of problems by the way we'd been cared for earlier.
Finally, Be aware that if you don't stay at least 7 nights - you get *no* housekeeping.
Overall this was a disappointing experience. I get that this is a discount property, but I still expected furniture that worked and the ability to fix things.
