Clean room, no free breakfast like the holiday inn express & suites. Hot water was the biggest problem-it was either scolding or cold-no in between.

very noisy stay
refrigerator made a loud clicking noise all night long i finally had to get up and pull it out from the wall and unplug it so we could get some sleep; and the airconditioner was even worse! Each time it cut off and back on there was a terrible screeching sound which of course made it almost impossible to get any sleep. I told the attendent the next morning about all of this and she said, cold and unconcerned, "oh, well - i hope you have a good day do you want a receipt?"
酒店地理位置优越，周边餐饮购物场所众多。为我们办理入住的年轻小伙子非常热情友好。我没在酒店用餐，因为早餐太贵了，我和好几个人一起来的，付不起所有人的早餐费。我一直都住假日酒店，从来没遇到过早餐要收费的情况。房间不错，但是隔壁（前面或后面）的住客整晚都在抽烟。我因为二手烟一直咳嗽打喷嚏，试过用被子蒙住头，也试过睡到床的另一头，但都没用。最后嗓子非常疼。退房时，前台的小姐就不那么友好了，她一直在电脑前忙活，低着头很长时间才问我有什么需要。她完全没有问我入住体验如何。我有一些关于账单的问题，这些费用在我预订酒店之前并没有说明，尽管她后来解释了各种费用，但我完全不能接受。
房间空间大小宽敞，干净卫生，服务热情，周边环境安全。早餐也还不错。距离购物区距离非常近。是非常不错的住宿之选。
工作人员很有礼貌，房间干净，床铺舒适，而且离猫王故居雅园（Graceland）只有10分钟路程……夫复何求！额外福利：恒温室内泳池和热腾腾的早餐！
我个人的角度来看这家饭店的客人水准还蛮高的，虽然早餐都一模一样，但尤其是住在长住的客人来说也是一个不错的稳定性
其中一个房间的马桶堵住了。同一个房间里的沙发床脏得要命。婴儿整晚都在哭闹、奔跑，这可不是酒店的错。
我被额外收费，说我在一个只用来洗澡、换衣服和离开的房间里吸烟。我刚进房间，管家就翻遍了垃圾桶，说我和妻子在房间里吸烟，但我们知道我们几乎没进过房间。
我预订了一晚的套房。到达酒店后，他们给我安排了一间标准间，既没有解释原因，也没有给我任何经济补偿。
我到房间的时候发现房间门是开着的。门有问题，从外面打不开。非常担心我的安全。
