This property desperately needs upgrading. The staff was so nice especially Torri. However I would not think it's a Hilton property. Actually I feel as if the Hilton franchise has fallen off when it comes to some of there properties. Not just in MS but a couple of other states as well in the south. The breakfast was not good and I get food cost and everything else. However the sausage tasted like cardboard smells. The waffle had a plastic taste. My floor in the room looked dirty. It had like paint spats all over it in the bathroom. My toilet handle felt like it was going to come off. Not to mention the pressure of the water for the toilet. It was almost like it didn't want to flush. Overall just needs some restoring and it will be fine. The location is great though.

The clerk did not properly check me in, so I was marked as a no-show and had to get it corrected by the manager the next day. The hotel is run down and some of the furniture in the room was broken.

Room was stuffy and the air wasn't working as it should. It smelt like weedy outside of our building every time we went out. Seems they are or have been doing some updates and things just didn't seem like a normal HAMPTON- bc we stay at them all the time.

Room reserved was for a king bed with sofa bed. Instead we got a queen bed with no sofa bed. We did not receive a partial refund or nothing. Room was dirty. Very bad service.

离机场不远，周边配套设施完善，购物和餐饮都很方便，总体很热闹。
房间设施属于正常范围，不是很新，但维护得还不错。
房间还算干净，有些地方有些灰。
前台比较和善，进出都微笑打招呼。
早餐中规中矩，健身房也是属于能用。
比较意外的是，房间里的咖啡机比较简陋，也没有微波炉。
价格很差
