Simple easy get around area of chesterfield. The front desk staff was very friendly. And the courtesy water bottles was a welcomed surprise.

Carpet in room could be updated/cleaned.

We were so happy with the staff at this location . From check in to check out . Any time a staff member walked by, they greeted you or stopped to talk to you . That's really rare these days . We actually felt welcomed not like we were a bother . The breakfast area was well maintained and clean and had plenty of choices with hot options included . One of the better tasting breakfasts we've had in a while . The hotel rooms were clean as well as the common areas . There are some cosmetic repairs that need done, but there are signs around saying they are updating . The beds and pillows were super comfortable . We enjoyed our overnight stay . Great job Hampton Employees you made our stay excellent !!

Interesting Visit

The staff is amazing! Check in and out process is easy, breakfast bar is terrible. We did have a problem with water. We stayed three days and the second day we were there we were gone all day. When we returned to the hotel we noticed water on the bathroom floor. We immediately notified staff who came right down. They said the shower was also wet and contributed the water on the floor to the shower. There was nothing wrong with the draining process in the shower so we knew the water problem wasn’t that. We didn’t say anything and were thankful they mopped it right up with a dry mop but wondered if there was a broken seal somewhere in the bathroom. But later that evening when the floor dried we noticed small white flecks of what appeared to be small pieces of toilet paper now dried on the floor. I mentioned it to the man when we checked out. My fault for not contacting housekeeping right away. Our first morning was great until the landscaping crew didn’t realize we were sitting on the bench and turned the sprinklers on, getting me wet. He apologized. The second night we came outside to smoke and were greeted by a raccoon in the parking lot. But when we were done smoking we wanted to go back inside but this darn raccoon didn’t want us near the entrance door. When we moved positions, he moved. We decided to steer clear of the door and waited for this silly raccoon to finally leave and move on.

Check in and out was a great experience. Room had not been vacuumed. Last customers hair scrunchie was under the desk, hair in the bathtub, bed was visibly clean but hard as a rock. Room smelled of smoke. Property manager said never to book with ******* because you were a scam company when I made these complaints to him upon checkout!
