Room had visible cracking in ceiling no bathroom fan for ventilation and food all tasted fake not ever gonna go back customer service was amazing but not what you think from a luxury hotel wish i could of got a recund honestly

Right in the heart of downtown Sacramento. Within walking distance of restaurants and night life. If youre booking a couples trip like me this place is a must!! Staff is very welcoming and helpful. We will definately return.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful for checkin and checkout. We had one issue with our keycards being deactivated early and the staff quickly fixed that and proactively gave us a late checkout to help out which was very much appreciated.
Our studio room was amazingly clean, modern, spacious, and we loved the layout. Breakfast was great, and the parking was very convenient and very flexible for our stay with the rates and area.
The hotel's location was idea for us first time tourists next to the California State Capitol Park and was great for us to walk around and explore the city.
We could not ask for better service, price or anything else on our stay. I definitely look forward to staying there again for the next trip to Sacramento!

The room was spacious with way more amenities than we're used to on our travels. It was a comfortable stay and the staff was absolutely fantastic.

Our room was clean with a comfortable bed. The front desk staff was friendly and fast with check in. The only down side is having to pay $25 for parking at the hotel's garage when one is already staying there. It seems absurd to have to pay to park at the hotel on top of the reservation charges.

酒店非常漂亮，员工也很热情周到，虽然电梯可能有点老旧。酒店提供停车位，但价格比其他酒店略高。早餐种类丰富。
我非常喜欢泳池和水疗中心。停车费25美元，有点贵，而且停车位有点不方便，而且很小。电梯经常走失，工作人员也从来不来打扫，我不确定是需要问还是自然而然地发生了。不过，还是很愉快的一次体验，去参加了会议。工作人员很友好
