The staff was friendly. The breakfast was mid as to be expected post COVID. Could use updates and renovations especially to the floors lots of broken tiles by walk ways

Great free breakfast, right next to Stadium grill restaurant with good food and decent drinks.
My room had a hole in the cabinet that houses the fridge which looked like either a rodent chewed through it. There were piles of almonds in it. I wasn't able to switch rooms because of the high volume due to Mizzou move-ins that day. But someone was able to at least vacuum up all those almonds and such from that hole. I did send property manager pics of the hole.
I thought rooms were cleaned daily but was told it was every other day which I didn't know. No big deal since we just called for more clean towels

Dated and dirty
The hotel room felt like it had a layer of grime on the sheets and carpet. I walked on the carpet with clean white socks on and they were literally dirty on the bottoms when I took them off 😳 Walls and shower had stains and the shower head was covered in mold. The TV was broken as well, giant black spot on the screen. The service was okay. The area didn’t feel the safest, I would not stay here again, if I’m ever traveling back through the area.

Bed a bit hard
Everything was great except the beds were a bit hard!! Great for a quick stop on our trip home from Kansas.

Staff was kind. Our room had mold in a rotted cabinet that held the mini fridge. The carpet had damp areas as well.
绝对是我住过最差的汉普顿酒店。前台服务员看起来既无聊又冷漠。最糟糕的是房间的状况。我真不敢相信希尔顿竟然要190多美元，却住着一间更像经济型汽车旅馆的房间。老旧、过时、肮脏、邋遢。我试着给希尔顿客户关系部发邮件，但他们根本懒得回复。真是难过，因为我之前一直是汉普顿酒店的忠实粉丝😌
我们预订了一间带双人大床的房间，住了两晚。我们觉得床太硬了，但有些人可能更喜欢这样。房间很干净，每日免费早餐也不错。热早餐虽然简单，但比只提供贝果和松饼要好得多。我们去密苏里大学参加秋季学期的入学指导，所以离密苏里大学很近，这点很不错。总的来说，这是一次不错的体验。
地理位置绝佳，靠近密苏里大学校园，但需要翻新一下！典型的大学酒店，略显破旧。不过，酒店很干净，员工也很友好！
