Room was clean and met our needs other than TV would not power on. We arrived late at night so didn’t even bother calling to get it fixed. Tried to get coffee next morning was a challenge. Waited for 20 minutes to get my $7 coffee and service very slow!!

我们预订了3间客房,入住3天。全程都没有客房服务,我们投诉的时候前台才给我们递上毛巾。他们说会跟客房服务沟通(但除了毛巾,我们什么都没收到)。我们被告知酒店无法(也不会)提供任何帮助,因为我们是通过*******预订的。他们完全不体谅人,好像根本不在乎似的。我完全不推荐这家酒店(以及他们的连锁酒店)。
位置便利。健身房不错。很高兴能使用自由重量训练器和带引体向上把手的滑轮训练器。早餐和咖啡服务都很棒。没有洗衣液。房间里只有两人份的咖啡包。入住体验很棒。
我们抵达后不到一周,酒店就给我们发了邮件,说由于当晚有大学比赛(结果发现是整个客队),所以退房时间延长了。我们不得不等了3个小时,直到晚上6点才办理入住,以便他们打扫所有房间。我们本来计划好了,但无法晚点到,所以开车11个小时后去了附近的州立公园徒步旅行。酒店没有给我们带来任何不便,也没有表示感谢或任何形式的歉意。
浴室很脏,墙上有很多洞,床上用品也被一些棕色污渍弄脏了。
总而言之,我对这间每晚348美元的房间很不满意。非常失望,因为我对这家连锁酒店期望更高。
