Amazing hotel! Our room, the lobby, and breakfast area were so clean. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our beds were so comfortable. The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated for Halloween. The breakfast options were delicious.

I thought it was a little pricey and then add on the fee for the dogs. Upon arrival at 8 pm there was no carts to carry our luggage. I only saw 1 cart the next morning.

This property is starting to show its age. Our room smelled strange, and our door was rubbing the frame so bad that that you had to pull it hard to get it to shut. It was obvious that it had been this way for a long time and had not been repaired. Ceiling tiles in the hallway were showing water damage and one was not there. Area outside exterior entrance was dirty, and employees were smoking or vaping outside the front entrance.

Room was clean but I could hear everything happening next door and in the hallway. Ice machine was downstairs and took me a while to find. I asked for more tissues and never received them. James was great when I checked in. At breakfast, I listened to two female employees complain about his work ethic the entire time I was eating. No one present at checkout. Just a fish bowl to leave keys in.

The main reason i booked this place rather than a few other options i had was for the hotub and when i arrived it had caution tape around it. After a long day of hiking i was looking forward to the hot water. I wish i would have known in advance. Other than that the stay was great. Smelled really good , clean , good breakfast ,staff.

Property had a few issues, such as the hot tub being out of service. There was also a problem with registration and getting my deposit setup. Location was close to a lot of food options.

The beds are like laying on a cloud. The pool area was super clean although the jacuzzi was closed which was a total bummer. But. The area, property were clean and most of all, it felt safe!!
