Confusion on “accessible” room then only ones were dirty. Housekeeping was summoned while we went to dinner. Extremely small room and hard to get around with a walker. Low water pressure, high shower for accessible and no hair dryer.
I would rate it lower but desk clerks and housekeeping were fabulous.

This place needs to be remodeled. There’s a mildew smell & the AC wasn’t working we had to switch rooms 3 times. The worse Marriott experience I’ve ever had

The staff are fantastic. The building is old with a weird layout. During our 3 day stay the key stopped working twice. Our safe ignored our password and stayed locked, and the message light on our phone flashed all the time, but there was never a message. Fairfield should move that staff to a new building.

The biggest issue we came across was the smell in the room. It smelled almost like old wet carpet that had been sitting for awhile. We went to the front desk and told the clerk about it, I don’t know the guys name, and he gave us another room key to see if it was any better, it was not, then told us basically that part of the hotel was older so it is what it is, sorry. We end to the near by Walmart and bought some Frebreeze to help the smell out. We only spent one night so there wasn’t much we could do. We were just traveling through. The hotel is very quiet which is really nice, the room seemed clean, and having a choice of restaurants plus a Walmart within walking distance is a plus. If you aren’t staying here but one night, and have some frebreeze handy, it’s an affordable place to stay.

It smelled so musty in our room and the hallway of our room. There was so much water damage on the walls of the hallway. The breakfast was really disappointing. Such a disappointment for a Marriott hotel.

Urine on the base of the toilet. Room reeked of mildew. Moved to another room, still reeked. Didn’t want to keep moving rooms. The hot tub smelt like urine, multiple hair balls/objects coming out of the jets. Will not book here again

Room smell like urine, shower had no water pressure and water was not very hot, bed was hard as a rock, despite telling the front desk that there was no towels at the swimming pool. He never did come in stock him so when I had to walk so wet the front desk and get towels, I opted to mop up the floor after drying myself off from the front desk all the way to the swimming pool to ensure somebody else didn’t ruin their day by cracking their head open.
