我们于11月27日入住,11月28日中午退房。
感恩节期间,酒店停车场大约停了6辆车。
当时下着倾盆大雨,我们预计还要两个小时才能到房东家。我们只需要多待30到60分钟,因为我们无处可去。我们被拒绝了。
我刚从阿鲁巴旅行回来,住在万豪冲浪俱乐部酒店。我们要求多待一个小时,因为我们的航班要晚点起飞。他们很好心地给了我们三个小时。
而雷纳姆酒店的工作人员甚至连多待30分钟都不让我们!
所以,我对雷纳姆万怡酒店的服务很不满意。
入住愉快,性价比高
工作人员很友好。入住和退房快捷高效。房间里有一些交通噪音,但我把风扇调到常亮模式,就盖过了交通噪音。浴缸上有些锈迹,但没什么大碍。我觉得性价比很高。
入住的房东很棒,我们一到就帮我们办理了入住,真是太感谢了。这家酒店最大的缺点就是墙薄得像纸一样。半夜能听到右边房间的嘈杂声,左边房间的谈话声清晰可闻,仿佛房间之间根本就没有墙隔开似的。我们入住期间,酒店里正在举办一场婚礼,凌晨三点多就吵得要命。彻底毁了我的入住体验。
我觉得酒店本身不错。电视总是坏。我住在一楼,晚上听到周围有人试图闯进房间的声音(可能是钥匙坏了,我不知道),晚上很吵。
客人吵闹不堪,大喊大叫,大笑不止,还摔门声不断。凌晨2:45,我从酣睡中惊醒。我给前台打了电话,之后才安静下来。

酒店房间散发着香烟味。我们订了两个房间,两个房间都烟雾缭绕,以至于我们离开几天后,我们在房间里和床上穿的衣服——儿童睡衣——在行李箱里都沾上了烟味。上次我们住在这里时,这个问题就出现了,所以我向管理层和万豪代表投诉,他们都承诺会解决这个问题。我想,我又被骗了……我们再也不会回来了。
