The outside seating was very beautiful and relaxing the breakfast was good the only thing is the rooms need to be updated

I noticed that the sheets and blankets had stains on them and even the curtains had stains. There was no middle ground with the water it was either super hot or cold which was kind of a pain. Loved that they served breakfast in the morning with a ton of options. The staff was very kind, loved the service they provided. The hotel is nice despite everything else, you can tell they try to keep it up to snuff. Will definitely still be returning for another stay.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I loved having a kitchen with full amenities.
The only thing I did not enjoy was that it was somewhat noisy at night. I am highly sensitive to sound, so other guests might not have noticed.
The staff were lovely and super friendly.
When I addressed the noise, the supervisor acknowledged my concern and mentioned that the reason behind the noise was a celebrity who was staying at the hotel at the same time.

Wonderful Staff!
Our suite was spacious, very clean and relaxing. All of the staff, from the desk, to housekeeping, to custodial, were friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
The only thing that I would suggest as an improvement would be to add bins for recycling, as I know that we want to leave as little garbage as possible when we travel.

It was near shopping in the area. Coming in the pool was a green mess, hope your kids werent hoping on swimming. There was a little mini market in the lobby like most hotels but it was a random picked over mess like one day they just stopped restocking it. The staff were pleasant and the room was fine especially for the price

Not ehat I expected
Needs better maintained. Drip pams on stove were old and rusted. Did not look clean. Door hardware als old and rusted. Looked a little beat up in general. Pool did not look clean. When checked in, had to walk down narrow walkway with people smoking to get back to car. Directions to room were not clear. Property map would have been helpful. Door to building had someone smoking right outside and had to get more smoke in my face just to get into the building.

Cons: Bedding was dirty and needed to be completely remade, including a stained pillow that I asked to have replaced. Floor in kitchenette was cracked, screen was broken in my room. Mattress on sofa bed was thin and very uncomfortable. Microwave in room didn’t work.
Pros: staff was exceptional and really tries to make the most of what they have to work with. The fire pit area where the outdoor cooking area is was fantastic. Grounds were pretty.
In short, although there were good parts about this hotel I wouldn’t stay here again. At this price point, there should be clean linens when I arrive and I shouldn’t have to make my own bed. Side note- the hotel is also located by a sketchy neighborhood.

灶台很脏，烤箱也没清洗。烤箱里全是烧焦的残渣。他们应该把那灶台扔掉！幸好我没用烤箱。我还是向工作人员反映了情况，因为我不想被责怪。他们没有道歉，只是说不会收费。我对万豪酒店非常失望！
泳池关闭了，没有说明原因。空调半夜（凌晨3点）突然启动，发出很大的嘎嘎声，尽管我们已经关掉了。凌晨5点又发生了同样的情况。
优点：房间很大，厨房设备齐全，还有冰箱。所以，非常适合长期住宿。
