After we checked into hotel room they gave another family same room/ key by error and that family walked into our room. I was not impressed with the front desk after this, they acted like it was no big deal.

Pros: Beds were comfortable, and the rooms were pretty clean and maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had scrambled eggs, French toast, sausage patties, and fried potatoes, which was a pleasant start to the day. Soundproofing in the room was good; we weren't kept up by hotel activities or other guests.
Cons: Pool was a little chilly, and the toilet in our room cycled water every 10 minutes for some reason. Our shower also dripped constantly. Microwave couldn't be plugged in due to the cord being too short for the area it was setup in.
Overall the cons were minor inconveniences and easily overlooked.

Service was prompt. We had a sink in our room that was plugged up and the maintenance person fixed it quickly.

The staff wasn't friendly or helpful at all. The hall that we went down to get to our room, another room was being worked on and they had all the things from the room in the hallway making really hard to get around it. The room we stayed smelt good, that is the only nice thing I can say. Won't come back.

The atrium had a small crowd that played loud music past 10pm. Rooms overlooking to the atrium could easily hear it making a good sleep impossible
