The room was clean but there is no soundproofing. Heard the neighbors above me and the ones in the room next to me. Very loud.

It was really nice. The space in the room was fantastic. Air conditioning was a bit awkward trying to get the right temperature. Breakfast was great. I like a hot breakfast.

The hotel was 2.5 stars based on price and comparable stays at other similar hotels. They would not let us check in a half hour early but then had a 40 minutes wait in line when we returned later to check in. The pool is obviously used alot by local population who must stay nights at the hotel for fun(?) because the room carpets are saturated with chlorine from wet feet (or at least thats a theory of odd smell that just at fringe of the room). The elevators are always wet as well from pool traffic. Our friend who stayed in another room was charged three times for one night because of front desk inexperience with computer system(?). The breakfast was not prepped properly: cold sausage in sernoed pan and half frozen cinamon rolls. Overall, I have stayed at worse places, but for what is being charged these days, I expected more.

Not as clean as it should have been. Beds were not comfortable and noisy for some reason.

This hotel was beautiful and super clean. The hot breakfast was delicious and the staff super friendly. Overall an A+ experience!

Could’ve been better
The room was great , the only thing that pissed me off was I had 2 air conditioners in the room and neither of them worked so it was very hot and muggy my whole stay !

Our room was clean and convenient to get to. They have the refillable toiletries and I was disappointed to find the body wash and conditioner were completely empty. The satellite didn’t work on the tv. And the morning we were checking out we realized our door never latched unless we deadbolted the door, then it would engage the lock… something you can’t do from the outside. I didn’t mention it to the front desk because we were only there one night and they were pretty trivial stuff (except the door).

The shower curtain had not been changed in a long time it was moldy. Which makes me wonder if the bathroom was even cleaned.

Worst experience I've ever had.
I couldn't tell you anything about the building itself because check in went horribly. I showed up with more people than the rooms capacity so I had to purchase another room (which I did with no push back and a smile on my face) but the desk lady continued to give me a hard time repeating the same rule of how many people in each room and stalling to check me in for my second room. I eventually got frustrated and changed my tone at which point she told me I didn't need to get hostile. In return I yelled at her because it became quite clear that myself and my guest were unwelcome no matter what we did to comply with their rules. She went on to tell me with an attitude that "they had 30 ppl upstairs yesterday" and so on and so on. Well who is "they" and what does that have to do with me and right now? Anywho, I gathered my guest and left with an attitude and in tears because things were said and I have never in my 35 years of living experienced anything like this. I found a nice, more accommodating hotel with nicer more welcoming ppl.
