Very noisy with team sports groups. Running the hallways. Had a lot of issues key cards and need to had reprogrammed 3 times. This issues was happening to all guests. Staff was very friendly and hotel was clean.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and very helpful in pointing out great places to eat. My two favorite people was the beautiful young lady at the front desk, who pointed out all the great restaurants and the young lady who cook all of the breakfast for us while we were staying there thank the crew and the management.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The tv in the main room with the 2 beds did not work properly. When we asked about it, we were told it was a known issue, yet we were not informed upon check in. When we tried to call down to the front desk to inquire about the tv the phone did not work so we had to leave the room and physically go speak with someone. The pool was very cloudy and all though it appeared the filters were working it didnt look like it because the cloudyness of the water. The room also had mildew in the bath tub and under neith the sink in the bathroom.

Heard adults fighting in the halls the first night but staff took care of it I believe. Otherwise was quiet and clean.

Clean Room - Very nice and helpful staff
The room had good space and was easy to walk around - and it smelled clean.
The front-desk staff and cleaning crew were all very friendly and helpful.
Plenty of parking. Safe environment, close to everything in Grand Blanc and 1 minute from I-75.
Our stay was uneventful - which was perfect!

I liked that the property was in a business district when traveling through an unknow area. The parking lot was dirty along with the front entrance. The check in employee was very nice even when juggling another guest issue on the phone.
The elevator smelled like pot. The room was fine until I saw a dried contact lense on the bathroom floor so then you wonder "how clean is the room?". The bathroom floor looked dirty but it would not clean with basic soap and water.
The sink and the tub would not drain so the end of the shower I was standing in a lot of water. Gross. The towels are thing and lack luster.
Hardly any food out for breakfast at 7am.and not much in the fridge to grab and go.
I thought a Holiday Inn Express had certain standards they need to maintain to keep that flag? This location is run down.

Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Cinnamon rolls were the best I've had for breakfast included.
Hotel was mostly neat and clean. There was quite a line and wait to check in though. Check in was at 3:00. Rooms weren't ready or available at 3:00. Shuttle to wedding was at 3:15. I booked through a third party and specifically booked there so I could have two queen sized beds. We got a suite instead. So I slept on the pull out couch. When I opened the couch the mattress cover/comforter was dirty.
