Staff helpful, beds were very comfortable and loved having iron with board in room. The only difficulty was attempting to determine if we were at the correct place as they were doing renovation/construction and there was no signage from the road. Staff stated the construction crew had just taken the signage down for remodel.

Great hotel for a family get away
It was a great stay! The hotel was clean, the room was cozy and comfortable, and the staff was friendly which definitely made us feel welcome. Great location, excellent amenities, and great breakfast options. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Nice and clean room. Pool was a little cold and hot tub needed a little cleaning. Breakfast was not good. Tv channels were not working great either.

Staff told us when we checked in that we could not smoke or vape in the room (which we don't do anyway). However, when we went to the room they gave us it smelled like somebody had been smoking in there. I went back to the desk and told her one of us had asthma and could not stay in that room because it smelled like someone was smoking, and she told me no one should be smoking in there. Regardless, it smelled like it so she did relent and move us. The stay was average, the location wasn't great.

Everything was a 5 star! Just little things like the bathtub not draining for 5 min after a shower and the sink doing it as well. Otherwise perfect experience! 5 out of 5 Stars!

Had a good laugh when I arrived to a lobby/check-in reeking of pot smoke and then told by the clerk with a totally straight face that my room was non-smoking!
Window is broken as if broken into and held together by tape. No wifi at all on third floor. Shower not clean.

Even though it’s kind of in the middle of nowhere it’s a great and very convenient place for lake Michigan as well as Grand Rapids outings.
