我们房间的淋浴很脏,浴室门也坏了。我们跟前台反映过,他们只是耸耸肩,什么也没做。如果可以的话,我想退款,我们路过这个区域,需要睡一晚,所以没去别的地方。
不喜欢在这里住了三个晚上,退房时间是下午1点而不是中午12点,他们竟然要额外收费?!客房服务早上8点15分就进来了,没敲门,真是让人很不爽。门上还挂着“请勿打扰”的牌子。太吓人了。太粗鲁了。太吓人了……
没有提到任何有关施工或正在进行的事情。大堂、楼上、楼下、泳池区和室外到处都是箱子。树木修剪服务把所有的树都砍掉了,准备放进碎纸机——噪音很大。早上 10 点停止供应早餐——我们入住时没有人通知我们。错过了早餐 10 分钟!浴室通风口很脏。空调一直不响,不得不不断重置温控器以保持房间舒适。建议前台工作人员,她说她会向维护团队记录!当然这对我们没有好处。房间里的瓶装水要 3.99 美元。我们去风车岛时,他们有同样大小的瓶装水,只需 1 美元!由于设施杂乱无章,没有提供任何折扣。不会推荐这个地方。
走廊很脏。我联系前台告知我会迟到,前台确认“没问题”。我到的时候,预订被取消了。房间费几乎要多花100美元。生意很差。
