Everything was satisfactory except for the shower.
The tub/shower floor was EXTREMELY slick and I fell out of the shower onto the floor injuring my left shoulder and striking the left side of my head. There are no nonslip appliances on the shower floor nor were there any grab bars inside the shower.
I immediately went to the ER for treatment.
I am very surprised there are no safety features in place. I am almost 80 years old and this could have been worse than it was.
I would expect to hear from someone about this issue in the near future.

Beautiful room with plenty of space . Breakfast was great. However, room had a weird odor when walking into it.

Highly recommend especially for more than 1 night stays! The extra space offered in the rooms makes being away from home much easier. Staff was lovely and property is well kept.

The room setup was very nice, especially the kitchen area that had ice in the freezer, all silverware, dishes, pots, pans, anything you could think of that you needed was there. Me and my boyfriend definitely enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again! I recommend staying here for sure!
抵达酒店后，前台工作人员因正在和保姆打电话而未能认出客人，并为此道歉。电梯部件损坏。房间里的乙烯基地板正在脱落。熨斗无法使用。重置房卡后，我被锁在了门外，酒店方面没有任何道歉。免费早餐缺少餐具和干净的托盘，当我提出要求时，他们说厨房会处理。餐厅里垃圾桶溢出，清晰可见。请注意，前台和厨房就在彼此的视线范围内。建议选择其他酒店。
我在这里的整体体验糟透了！房间里的空调坏了，淋浴间有个大洞，没人帮忙换房间。联系经理后，他们说没办法解决。1-10分，绝对不推荐。
因为洗手池坏了，我不得不换房间。第二个房间的床看起来像是有人坐过一样。我凌晨四点就离开了，因为我不想待在那里。工作人员态度很好。
酒店周末超额预订了房间。房间总体来说还不错，但是打扫得不好。沙发靠背下面有食物残渣之类的东西。
主卧的床很凹凸不平，睡起来很不舒服。
没有热水，我跟前台反映后，他们既没有回应，也没有表示会解决。
楼上的客人一直大声喧哗，吵闹到深夜——大约凌晨3点半，我打电话给前台说：“我知道他们玩得很开心，但是他们从床上跳下来，还不停地开关门，我们根本睡不着。” 我不知道有没有人采取任何措施，因为这种情况又持续了一个小时左右，一直到凌晨4点半！
