Very disappointed that the pool was out of order! The only warning was a small apology on the desk . We chose this hotel because of the Pool . Not likely that we would stay there the next time . No light when we walked into the room the fridge loud

The pool and hot tub were closed. I was bummed. :( The room was not very clear. There were visible stains on the furniture and the bed. There was hair left in the shower. The towels were old, rough and dirty. There was a super gross stain in the hallway...still fresh.

Restaurant/bar was great and has good service but the rest of the lobby and the rooms are out dated and dirty.

The hotel’s condition didn’t live up to the photos. The TV didn’t work, we attempted to call the front desk, but the phone didn’t work. Maintenance man’s was unable to fix either, but was apologetic.

In a nut shell, unable to use the hot tub due to young children approx 8-10 who were in and out constantly and did not appear to be supervised. Staff who walked through and observed this did not address the issue and enforce the rules. In addition BOTH Sat AND Sunday in the early morning hours, alarms went off waking me and my family. Nit an impressive or enjoyable stay especially for the price paid.

The stay was ok for just a one-night ordeal. But the staff interaction when i first arrived and lack thereof as i had to wait for over 30min until someone showed up at the desk to help me was not a good start. I tried to get the attention of the bartender, but he was engulfed in his conversation with his guest that I don't think he noticed me waving or raising my voice to get his attention.

Chaotic place
Fire alarm went off at 7:30 a.m. and scared the bejeezus out of us - no response or info given. Rampant noise until 1 a.m. with people yelling and banging on doors.

泳池和热水浴缸因为有人加了过量的化学品而关闭。制冰机上方的天花板有明显的漏水痕迹，还长了霉。由于空调噪音太大，我们不得不在午夜换房间。换到的房间窗户一夜之间就漏水了，地毯上两英尺的地方都浸满了水。酒店很老旧，虽然尝试过翻新，但应该做得更好。
