Room was fine. A little worn. Huge kids travel team group took over the hotel. I know not on the hotel to manage this but it made the stay very chaotic. Very small eating area for breakfast.

Great location. Easy to find and very conveniently near the places we needed to be. The bed was ultra comfortable, room was quiet and clean, and the staff was very friendly. Will stay again

Only one of the staff member was very unfriendly, elevators in poor shape, entry door would barely open, kids were playing hockey in the hallway at 10pm, parents screaming at their kids late at night, dogs were barking. Very unpleasant stay. It is a 50.00 motel and we will never stay there again!!

This is a nice hotel in a safe neighborhood. The staff was wonderful. I had to call to make a change to my reservation twice, both times I spoke with Tracey who was very helpful and patient. We were checked in by Kara who was very warm and welcoming and the next day I spoke with Brittany who was also wonderful. The room seems clean and our room was very quiet. I used a very nice treadmill in the fitness room. They have a lot of items for purchase snack wise and give free coffee and tea. We live in Ohio but come to Detroit quite often and generally stay downtown but decided to stay outside the city this time and I think we will continue to book this hotel.

Paint was peeling in the bathroom and the walls are paper thin, could hear people talking/yelling and TVs going all night long. Also, the TV kept glitching and going black sporadically. I usually like Hilton hotels, but this one seemed incredibly run down and not great value.

我目前住在这家酒店,不得不说,地理位置和设施都挺不错的,但是清洁度?镜子上竟然粘着一个巨大的鸡翅!这是我这辈子见过最恶心的事了。花这么多钱住酒店,难道不应该干净吗?镜子里有个***鸡翅???拜托,做得更好一点吧,这不是留住顾客的方式。清洁人员不可能漏掉这种东西,因为这让我们的住宿体验变得很糟糕。如果能对这种恶心的不便做些什么,我将不胜感激。
