There was garbage left in the hallway that housekeeping never picked up for the two nights we stayed there. Housekeeping also banged on our door, waking up my daughter in the morning before we had checked out. I’m not sure why they were banging on our door wrote check out time. There are lots of dirty, wet towels in the sink in the restroom for the gym that I had to remove so that I could wash my hands.

We had a last minute trip due to a death in the family. We always choose best western in Okemos. Everything was great, the room could have been cleaner and Kleenex could have been restocked. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

front desk was great, rooms were pretty good.
complaints are the hotel halls are pretty dated and the carpets are gross. also the breakfast looked so bad we went across the road to dunkins

Fine hotel but loud parties
Room size & layout were great. They even helped with an early check-in when we arrived.
Unfortunately, we were down in a corner where there were loud parties in multiple rooms both nights of our stay. I’ve been the loud group at hotels before… it was much more than that. Slamming doors until 4 AM, loud music, yelling, cars revving engines outside our window. Staff did ask them to quiet down(so I don’t blame them much), but to no avail.
The area around the hotel was nice with lots of food options and a 24 hour Dunkin/gas station! Room was a bit stale/outdated but served its purpose. WiFi was spotty & even cable on tv kept going in/out. We were out early both mornings so didn’t have a chance to grab breakfast & never used the pool although it looked nice. If not for unruly guests, this would be an average place to stay for the money; not great not terrible.

Clean and staff was nice but huge issues with their key card system. Cards didn't work and constantly had to go to front desk to have them redone. It was very frustrating.

对于短暂的住宿来说，这里简直完美。酒店很干净，早餐简单但新鲜，符合预期。虽然没有新鲜水果，但有很多糕点和热食。
房间非常干净现代，床也很舒服。考虑到我们支付的价格，我们对酒店的品质非常满意。地理位置感觉很安全。唯一的问题是隔音不太好，很容易听到邻居的声音。
泳池看起来很干净，健身房设施也运行良好。我们肯定会再来的！
美国郊外标准酒店，设施设备较旧，但因为以前住过这家其他地方连锁酒店所以仍然选择了。
第一个房间里有臭虫。他们确实换了房间，但是床单上却有头发。走廊的地毯很脏，房间里面还好。房间又黑又破！我真不敢相信居然有人给它“优秀”的评价，估计他们的标准很低，说不定他们自己的房子也差不多是这样。我本来打算住三晚，但第一晚之后就退房了。以后绝对不会再住这里了。不过经理人很好，退了我一晚房费的一半。
