Elevator was out of service, area near the ice machine smelled sour. The window in my room would not close. It was open about 5 inches. The blinds would not work - the power was disconnected on the white shade and the green inner shade was missing batteries. Otherwise, the room was clean, comfortable and the rest of the hotel was good.

Everything was fantastic other than the sink drained very slowly. Otherwise, it was very clean, it was quiet - I am an RN and spent my oncall night there - felt safe, no loitering riff raff, continental breakfast was good.

Bathtub floor was slippery. Coffee maker didn't work. Bathroom outlets didn't work. Tub couldn't be called a HOT tub, only warm and whirlpool jets didn't work.
Breakfast area was good and attendant there was great.

The room was so spacious and so clean. The bathroom was spotless and the shower pressure was excellent. After a long day of tailgating and an MSU football game, got the best rest to enjoy Sunday with our son at MSU.

The room was clean. The lighting is annoying as heck. Not enough of it and strange cast to it. The room is stark white, including linens. You need lamps with warm bulbs and comfortable seating arrangements.

Nice hotel for the MSU/U of M game. Staff was very nice and the hotel was clean. Just a few easy tweaks and this hotel could go from good to very good….pillows are small and lumpy and the roll away bed was beyond terrible.

第一天泳池水冰冷刺骨。第二天泳池关闭了。
房间不干净，但酒店客满，我们没法换房。卧室地毯上有明显的污渍，还有呕吐物的味道。因为无法换房，他们给了我们毛巾盖住污渍。
周日早餐，很多东西在上午10点截止供应前就卖完了。两天都是华夫饼机坏了。
办理入住时，我们特意为孩子们预订了靠近泳池的房间。工作人员没有提前告知我们泳池第二天会关闭。由于沟通失误，我们原本以为酒店会因为这次不便而给我们额外赠送一晚房费，结果却不得不支付这笔费用。浴缸排水口附近有个洞，弄脏了我们房间的不少东西。工作人员对我们遇到的诸多问题既不配合也不理解。我们给经理留言，让他回电，对方保证第二天早上会联系我们。现在已经中午了，我们还没接到电话。
食物卖完了，工作人员说她没办法再做了。橙汁也卖完了。热水浴缸是冷的，而我们选择这家酒店就是冲着热水浴缸来的。按摩喷头也坏了。工作人员说是因为有小孩在用，所以把热水浴缸的温度调低了。但我们在的时候根本没看到泳池区有小孩。
