The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and it was very quiet. I definitely will stay there again.

The staff was friendly and helpful but they are understaffed. Our room was made up well but the blankets were obviously not washed from the prior guest and it took a while to get a fresh blanket.
We did have very positive interactions with the staff that were working during our stay.

The rooms were very nice clean and relaxing the pool and hot tub was very warm and the bathroom in the pool area was very clean the staff was very nice and respectful

Nice hotel, clean and up to date. not the newest and not the oldest, still a really nice hotel. Friendly staff. Everything was clean. Breakfast was fresh and hot. Pool was nice but hot tub was a little cool. Great location and hotel for a family stay.

Rooms were very spacious, bed and pillows were comfortable, just needs some tlc. Wall paper peeling, major grime at the bottom of the showers, left dust bunnies and dirt behind the bathroom when it is open against the wall. Housekeeping must have been in a hurry. All in all those aren’t deal breakers. I WILL be staying there again!

Staff was exceptional friendly, and morning breakfast had a few different options to choose from. Pool was nice, hot tub jets and maintenance needed some attention.
Overall, cleanliness of room and overall property was nice. Would recommend.

When I checked in at 5:00 pm, I was told I was being upgraded to better room. I had no idea there are different types of rooms at Hampton Inn. The bed was comfortable, and my first impression was that was nicely decorated and recently renovated. That opinion changed when I looked at the condition of the shower. While it was also recently renovated, it was covered in orange mold and a tile near next to the shower was laying broken on the floor. I've never seen a dirtier shower at hotel than this one. I would hate to think about what condition a regular room is in.

办理入住时，我们特意为孩子们预订了靠近泳池的房间。工作人员没有提前告知我们泳池第二天会关闭。由于沟通失误，我们原本以为酒店会因为这次不便而给我们额外赠送一晚房费，结果却不得不支付这笔费用。浴缸排水口附近有个洞，弄脏了我们房间的不少东西。工作人员对我们遇到的诸多问题既不配合也不理解。我们给经理留言，让他回电，对方保证第二天早上会联系我们。现在已经中午了，我们还没接到电话。
食物卖完了，工作人员说她没办法再做了。橙汁也卖完了。热水浴缸是冷的，而我们选择这家酒店就是冲着热水浴缸来的。按摩喷头也坏了。工作人员说是因为有小孩在用，所以把热水浴缸的温度调低了。但我们在的时候根本没看到泳池区有小孩。
