Property was average, economically good choice beds comfortable but the staff at the counter, the only person we saw and spoke to because we arrived late and were very tired was rude. This is unacceptable in a service industry. I won’t book again because I felt like I was imposing on her. The man in the morning was much kinder at checkout

Exceptional customer service by Front Desk
The hotel was good, but what made the whole experience extraordinary was the front desk staff. They were friendly and welcoming and incredibly helpful. The staff made all the difference and will be the reason we return
