床和枕头简直是天堂般的享受,但其他评论都没提到房间有多小。

体验不佳
我们订的是两张大床。床对面摆放着超大家具,导致床尾的过道很窄。除非我们其中一个人挪到床边,否则根本无法互相通过。浴室的门把手松了。房间外面是火车轨道和垃圾桶(凌晨时分酒店工作人员会把行李扔掉——很吵)。从房间还能听到电梯的声音,空调/暖气启动时也很吵。我们睡得不好。更糟糕的是,我们一进房间就闻到一股怪味,就像有人在里面抽烟一样。我们把窗户开了一条缝,想让味道散开,但浴室里还是有味道。
我 386 号房间的咖啡机坏了。第一天我就向前台报告了,第二天仍然没有更换。除了这个非常重要的细节之外,我没有什么可抱怨的,床是我睡过的最好的。工作人员非常有礼貌、乐于助人、专业。有点失望的是菜单有限,房间里没有微波炉。
我不喜欢房间布局。淋浴间窄了大约6英寸。皂液器离淋浴喷头太近,用起来很不方便。洗手池面积很小,台面空间也很小。全身镜上方的灯光很差。现在停车要收费,而且要到你入住后才告知。我们住的是高档酒店,但附近有几家价格稍便宜的酒店,设施更人性化。

凌晨4:30,火警警报响了。结果却是误报。客人不知所措。我打电话到大堂,但无人接听。消防车到达后,我试图撤离,但很难找到紧急出口。当我终于下楼时,才发现是误报。经理无法控制电梯,我不得不爬了5层楼才回到房间。之后我一夜没睡。早上,我要求打折以弥补我的损失,她说因为我不是俱乐部会员,她无能为力。客户服务非常糟糕。我的住宿体验非常糟糕,虽然这可能超出了万豪酒店的控制范围,但考虑到大约200美元的房间和凌晨4:30的疏散,我觉得打折还是合理的。
