Booked the studio room, and exceeded our expectations. It was perfect considering we were traveling with our newborn. Staff including room service were phenomenal. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you HISB!!

Excellent upgraded clean room, free breakfast with many choices such as eggs & sausage, oatmeal, cold cereal, waffles, etc. parking is plentiful and free. The pool/hot tub area was kind of small.

I was charge $100 over the amount from my credit card. My invoice says $530.68 I was charged $630.68. I would like to get a refund of $100 to my credit card, I only stay two nights there.

Hello,
First night my friend who I shared the room as the other guest with went into the jacuzzi and cut their foot open, badly. We let the staff know that it was unsafe and blood in the jacuzzi. Either the metal base of the railing or possibly glass cut my friend’s foot. They took about 20 minutes to come out to the pool area to give my friend a bandaid and some cleaning wipes. We made sure it was all documented and reported. My friend had lots of walking to do this weekend and was extremely inconvenienced. The staff closed off the jacuzzi and told us the General Manager contact us. It’s been well over a week and no contact. We’re very disappointed in the follow up from the management team and will never stay at this establishment again. I would love to speak with someone about this.

Clean place to stay and convenient parking. Close by Long Beach and short drive to Asia Garden Mall with a variety of vietnamese and asian food options. Hot food in the breakfast is limited but does the job. Will stay here again.

离海豹滩和长滩都很近，离波音公司在海豹滩的厂区也很近。酒店门口就有星巴克、赛百味和其他餐厅。酒店不提供免费饮用水。如果能有单人间，对商务出差的人来说会更方便。
