Upon our arrival, we were immediately impressed when were able to check in well before the "written-in-stone" 4:00 check-in time. We were flabbergasted, for sure, as all the Marriott Vacation Club sites that we have visited have usually strictly adhered to that required 4:00 check-in time. We were quite pleased with our suite........enjoyed the two fireplaces in it. We found it to be very quiet, for the most part, too. Everything was well-cleaned and in proper working order. We were a bit disappointed that we had no washer/dryer combo in the room, but we were aware of that before we had booked. (We found the Laundry Room very easily and had the whole place to ourselves the morning we used it.) Many provided amenities/activities available....including a beautiful pool, Fitness Center, miniature golf, bungie trampoline, etc. The staff was friendly and very helpful in answering questions and recommending restaurant options, etc. The valet staff did an AMAZING job with dealing with the never-ending incoming/outgoing vehicles. A terrific location too! We were able to walk to most shops and restaurants during our stay. Hope to return here in the future!

Stayed here so many times, but this is definitely the last one!!! Last visit - valet lost our car keys , found the 4th days of our stay, which was our last day. Missed a very important meeting. No apology at all! Just checked in (studio for the two of us), walked into our room and walked out after 5 min. The room had a horrible “death mouse” smell , whatever it was. We called the front desk immediately and were told to wait in the room , a key will be brought for the next door room. After 10 min, the receptionist called and said we need to walk all the way back to another building to pick up the key with our entire luggage. On top of everything, the keys were not activated, we had ti go back to to the front desk to be informed that the wrong keys were given. The room/studio should be given a 2-star rating. It is disgustingly dirty and uncomfortable, with a small, extremely soft mattress. Unfortunately, we could not cancel the room either, it was against the cancellation policy, nor we could get an upgrade, the last min booking price was outrageous. Very disappointed!

我们的特大号床客房缺乏典型的万豪特色。没有迷你冰箱。只有一个小垃圾桶。咖啡壶是一个完整的壶,而不是单独的杯子。制冰机可能距离房间很远。代客泊车不方便。没有杂货店。这家酒店与万豪长住酒店无关。位置很好所以没有问题。工作人员很友好。然而,一些您在其他地方认为理所当然的事情在这里并不存在,或者至少在我们选择的房间中不存在,因此在预订之前请先研究一下您房间的设施。
