I choose this Motel as it’s meant to be non smoking in the grounds. It’s not. But there is rarely any staff on premises to enforce this. We had the room merry the BBQ area & that’s where the other guests chose to smoke. Not ideal. Room was a bit on the shabby side, ripped carpet, stains on pillow case. Check in is a text at 11am saying office will be closed, so here’s your door code. Room service is very hit or miss. You get clean towels or your bed made, not both. Bin emptied on the odd occasion, communal bin was outside our door so we did it ourselves. Car park is small, so be warned if you have a large vehicle & it’s first in gets best spot- so be prepared you may not get to park near your room. It looks cheap & cheerful on social media but really it’s just cheap.

After visiting our accommodation at three times the price at kings retreat that was grubby and I didn't want to take food into or sleep ...looked at this cheap and well located motel type accommodation and switched instantly ...yes not fancy... pretty basic but clean well equipped and fantastically located for the victor harbour ....parked the car and spent a wonderful 2 days out and about here ...managed some washing as touring so that was a bonus 🤗 reception was particularly kind and accommodating

My honest opinion of this accommodation is not up to standard I was give room 15. The room was very dated, carpet was old and dirty, the Bathroom was very OLD smelly, Shower was not very clean. this room is in need of urgent renovation.
