办理入住时，我提前去了酒店，想把预订时意外被更改的房间（从一张大床房变成两张大床房）换回来。酒店工作人员告诉我没问题。等我回去办理入住手续时，却被告知需要额外支付15美元才能更换，虽然这笔钱不多，但我觉得我第一次去问的时候就应该告诉我。于是我决定保留原来的房间。办理好入住手续后，我们去了房间。这家酒店最近刚装修过，但我房间的踢脚线都掉了，一看就知道装修得很廉价。我们正在房间里准备去游泳池，维修人员竟然没敲门就直接走了进来。这下我女儿被吓到了，觉得任何人都能随便进来。维修人员接着向我们道歉，说他不知道我们在房间里，因为这个房间原本不应该被预订，需要维修。我已经把掉下来的橡胶踢脚线修好了，所以告诉他没关系。二十分钟后开始下雨，房间竟然漏水了。这时候我才去前台，他们确实给我换了房间，但第二个房间也没有好到哪里去。游泳池只开放到晚上6点，我觉得这很荒谬，因为现在晚上9点天都还没黑。我对他们的客户服务一点都不满意。我不会推荐这家酒店。

I did not eat the breakfast but the lobby and the hallway were very clean and the staff was working this morning very diligently after the breakfast to get everything back in place it smelled clean the sheets were nice and crisp

The room looked like it was still under construction. The base board in the bathroom was stabled to the wall. On the night of 10/31, into 11/01, at 5:30am, there were three rooms partying, yelling and later fighting. I made two complaints, I even went down to the front desk on the second complaint and nothing was done about the noise. It wasn’t until the police arrived that everything finally stopped. The police made some people leave from the parking lot and the three rooms. In the late morning, in went to the front desk to ask to speak to the manager but the gentleman at the front desk stated that he was not in. I was told that the manager would contact later to address my concerns. I came back to the hotel later in the afternoon. The same front desk gentleman was there and told me that the manager was going to discount my stay, for the inconvenience.

When I came down to checkout and see what the adjustment was on my bill, at the front desk, the same gentleman that told the manager was going to take care of me and discount my stay, acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about. He told me that no one was going to discount my stay and that I would have to call corporate office to get it anyone to listen to me.
