There were wires going to the mirror in the bathroom? Roaches and a not so pleasant odor in the room. Very noisy.

The room looked nothing like what was advertised. There was black hair on the floor and holes burned into the comforter. However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

房间又好又干净，布置得也很棒，就是电视挂得太高了。

安静、干净，总体来说是个不错的住宿地点。而且价格也很实惠。
办理入住时，我提前去了酒店，想把预订时意外被更改的房间（从一张大床房变成两张大床房）换回来。酒店工作人员告诉我没问题。等我回去办理入住手续时，却被告知需要额外支付15美元才能更换，虽然这笔钱不多，但我觉得我第一次去问的时候就应该告诉我。于是我决定保留原来的房间。办理好入住手续后，我们去了房间。这家酒店最近刚装修过，但我房间的踢脚线都掉了，一看就知道装修得很廉价。我们正在房间里准备去游泳池，维修人员竟然没敲门就直接走了进来。这下我女儿被吓到了，觉得任何人都能随便进来。维修人员接着向我们道歉，说他不知道我们在房间里，因为这个房间原本不应该被预订，需要维修。我已经把掉下来的橡胶踢脚线修好了，所以告诉他没关系。二十分钟后开始下雨，房间竟然漏水了。这时候我才去前台，他们确实给我换了房间，但第二个房间也没有好到哪里去。游泳池只开放到晚上6点，我觉得这很荒谬，因为现在晚上9点天都还没黑。我对他们的客户服务一点都不满意。我不会推荐这家酒店。
我们入住的第一个房间非常潮湿，地板和床都湿了。不过经理很快就给我们换了另一个房间，没有这个问题，而且非常干净。
