My room was clean but a couple of items were in need of maintenance. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was a really cool hotel and great location! The staff was nice too. The room didn’t seem that clean in general, we also called two days in a row to get fresh towels and never got any. The pool area was very cramped and hardly any space and it was super shaded and had the most uncomfortable pool chairs so I don’t recommend if you wanted to sunbathe.

总的来说，员工很友善，酒店设施也维护得很好，很干净。然而，墙壁薄得像纸一样，而且我们运气不好，邻居从晚上10点半左右就开始吵架，尽管我们劝他们安静，但吵闹声一直持续到我们早上6点半起床离开。当时没有其他房间了，所以换房是不可能的。而且，一晚的住宿费，你还愿意为此付出多少代价？精品酒店已经从我的考虑范围里划掉了。
我的入住体验一开始就有点不顺。中午12点多就到了，前台告诉我们房间还没准备好，需要打扫，但一个小时后就能好。他们说一定会打电话通知我们！结果到了下午5点，我们还没接到前台的电话，就去前台问情况。不知道为什么……直到晚上6点以后我们才被允许入住。说实话，这太让人无法接受了！！！😡 尤其是正常入住时间是下午4点。
工作人员非常细心周到。房间内的设施并非全部都能正常使用，而且就这个位置而言，价格过高。
破旧不堪，根本不是四星级酒店。
员工服务态度不错，酒吧/泳池区也还可以。房间老旧破败，床铺很脏。
