Hotel was very clean, no elevator, but staff allows you to pick first or second floor. Automatically will get charged $25 for destination fee, but get $12.50 in credit that can be used towards the restaurant/bar. Drinks were excellent. Staff were pleasant. Room was clean, and beds were comfortable. The pool was also beautiful, though we didn't have time to enjoy it.

All pool - no pressure
Excellent property with great views from the pool. Room was clean and modern, however there was zero water pressure. Luckily I'm bald and didn't need to wash my hair or I'm sure the soap wouldn't come out - that's how weak the pressure was.

what i did not like I stayed from 09/11 thur 09/14 on 09/13 i ask that my room be freshened up needed towels beds made up and vacuumed front desk lady told me I needed to be in the room 3 days before cleaning can be done so I told her what good does that do for me and im leaving in the morning...just wanted the room freshened because i was having visitors coming over to pick me up.
And not sure why i'm being charge $85 more nothing was done for me beside me sleeping in the room...front desk lady did no understand me she did her best to be kind

They only clean the room every 3 days so considering we stayed 3 nights, they never came. They also charged a daily resort fee of $25 (each day) that was not explained up front.

I had a really nice time during my stay here. I found the staff to be very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was great! I would definitely consider staying here again.

My stay started a little shaky, arrived early after 12 noon and was told by the front desk staff our room wasn’t ready it had to be cleaned but it would be ready in an hour. They would definitely call us! At 5pm we still hadn’t gotten a call from front desk staff so we went to the the front desk to see what the problem was. Not sure why…. We weren’t able to check in to our room until after 6pm. Honestly, that’s unacceptable!!! 😡 Especially when regular check in is 4pm.

We checked in and were able to get an an an excellent poolside room 30 minutes prior to checkin . The only thing i did notice when we turned the sheets the next morning ..this the last sheet..there was a dark blood stain .

As usual the staff and hotel were great and its location to old town is the best part.
