Love this hotel. The staff are always so kind. The breakfast and Turkish coffee bar are phenomenal. The massage chair is great! It’s quiet and clean and on the same parking lot as Vacaville Ice Sports so we can walk right over for tournaments. We always look forward to staying there. The center courtyard is so pleasant. Only negative feed back is the ice machine and water dispenser needs an update. Other than that we love it!

Accessible room was not up to standards. I am not disabled but yet it was almost impossible to take a shower. The water pressure was completely low, and the cleanliness of the bathroom was terrible. I will never book an accessible room again at this location. The WiFi also did not work.

The room was clean, with no oders. Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was great. It was very quiet. Would have gotten 5 stars but the room heater didn't work. We didn't need it that night. But tried to warm the room a little in the morning and it would not put out heat. We let the staff known when we checked out.

Very very uncomfortable hard beds. The bathroom towels were dingy, not a bright white color as hotel towels should be. Tired room decor. Was glad I only stayed one night. Wont go there again.

As I’m checking in, I see a sign posted that says the water will be shut off the next morning from 9 to 11 AM so I feel that was not good to take bookings, knowing that those people are unaware that they don’t have water at that time so I set my alarm for 8 AM to make sure I get a shower. I turned the water on at 8:12 in the water is off. I expect to be reimbursed for this trip if I can’t shower what’s the point?

Everything was ok. Nothing super special, nothing egregiously bad. Mattress was a little uncomfortable and somehow room was hot despite ac working fine. Hard to explain.

Thr bed in room 110 is horrible. Every time we moved, rolled over or got up, it woukd let out a loud squeek... we stayed here as a half way point to oyr destination, so we could continue the next day refreshed. Instead we were up most of the night because of the bed. Please have someone replace the bed or fix the springs. Also, the lock on the door is broken.

氛围很好，而且对狗狗很友好！他们有一个板子，上面写着所有入住狗狗的名字……早餐也很棒！温泉浴池和游泳池因为在重新粉刷所以不能用。我们住的最后一晚，它们都修好了也重新注水了，但泳池区旁边通往州际公路的匝道正在进行夜间施工。这让我们完全没了去放松的兴致。
早餐非常丰盛，在一间漂亮宽敞的大厅里供应，选择丰富（不过没有煎蛋卷……）
