We’ve always enjoyed staying at Embassy Suites, but unfortunately this was by far our least favorite experience. Don’t get me wrong, we usually love Embassy for the indoor pool, which is perfect for our kids, and the made-to-order omelet breakfast, which is why we always try to stay with the brand. However, the room we stayed in this time really needs major updates and repairs. And the parking, oh my goodness, it was such a hassle. Parking is extremely limited, and it was especially difficult to find a spot or even leave the lot at night. We stayed here for a couple of nights to celebrate our daughter’s birthday, but it was disappointing overall. I even took photos of the areas that need improvement. Problems we noticed: Nails sticking out under the table Broken toilet paper holder Hair or eyelash found in the bed It’s surprising to see such a beautiful lobby while the rooms are in this condition. I hope these are being taken care of by now.

非常好的房间，很喜欢，下次又选择
我们篮球队的家庭又来住了，这次是为了一场锦标赛。将来很可能还会再来住。
地段不错，早饭一般，下午Happy time小点太差了，除了薯片就是黄瓜条和芹菜条。 服务一般。
服务很棒，度过了非常愉快的时光。
商务出差，距离写字楼比较近
一切都很好，但有几点可以改进：首先是设施方面，我们住了一周，竟然没有牙刷提供；其次是自助早餐的食物，应该至少每两天换一次菜单，而不是每天都吃一样的。
这家酒店的夜间噪音是我住过的所有酒店中最严重的。从晚上6点左右开始，一直持续到晚上10点半以后，好几层楼都有小孩跑来跑去，敲打着门，还有一大群醉醺醺的人大声喊叫着生日快乐歌，吵得我们房间里的电视都听不见。晚上10点半我终于打电话给前台投诉，等了好一会儿才有人接，而且还让我稍等。我跟他们说了噪音问题，他们说正在处理。这家酒店我绝对不会再来，也不会推荐给别人。

离车站很近，早餐很美味。我非常满意。房间干净，宽敞，非常好！
