服务不错，对人友好，位置离机场，火车站，老城都不算太选，适合高务，度假。
酒店环境还不错，摩洛哥传统庭院风格，但是服务很一般，reception check in花了很长时间，不知道为什么比我们后来的人都先办好了入住，也没有人帮我们搬行李，带我们去房间，房间没有牙膏，明明设施上写了有牙膏的，房内设施较为老旧。
设施：卫生间抽水马桶有问题 第一晚住的时候断断续续的开始流水，花园里的椅子比较脏，其他都挺好。健身房设施齐全
卫生：干净卫生 非常好
环境：非常美丽
服务：客房服务响应缓慢，房间电话一直打不到前台。去前台要拖鞋也一直没给
这次住宿体验不错。距离市中心有15分钟车程，但环境非常放松惬意。只是酒店应该加强维护，因为马桶座圈和淋浴设施都坏了。早餐很好，但品类可以更丰富些。

非常漂亮的酒店，有一个大泳池。虽然靠近机场，但飞机从酒店上空飞过并没有造成困扰。房间很棒，床很舒服。自助早餐种类丰富。员工热情友好。距离杰马夫纳广场打车10分钟。

在Jaal Riad Resort的住宿体验非常棒，一切都很完美，包括餐饮、设施、泳池、按摩等等。员工们都非常友善真诚，特别是Fadwa和Aimen，在我们需要的时候总是尽力帮助我们，非常感谢他们，让我们感觉像在家一样。下次来马拉喀什，我们很可能会再次选择Jaal Riad。
