员工非常友好。但是，基本设施却很匮乏。咖啡壶坏了，房间里没有咖啡，没有洗手液，卫生纸只有两卷四分之一大小。只有两条毛巾，没有地巾。浴缸底部油漆剥落，显然是修补过的痕迹。电梯也坏了。我跟前台说了，他们说咖啡和洗手液都用完了。他们给了我一瓶沐浴露，咖啡可以去大堂买。早餐服务员擦桌子和处理食物后没有更换手套。食物种类不多。这次令人失望的住宿体验让我获得了一些我之前不知道的会员积分。我们以前也住过这家酒店，当时感觉还不错。

This Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Denver/Aurora was as advertised and close to a family members' home, plus offering cost savings and comfort. Would select this location again on a future visit.

Staff was so dang nice, it’s like they couldn’t do enough for you! I used all the facilities… I love the fitness room free weights! The hot tub is lovely at the end of the days. I ate the included breakfast every morning… Lots of decent protein options! And you can find the light rail in a seven minute walk just behind the property! Perfection!

The room was spotless, the staff was friendly and respectful, and they even provided gift baskets for my children. The pool and hot tub were clean and the breakfast was delicious.

Enjoyable stay.

My stay was pleasant and comfortable. I was a bit worried going in because I saw the bad reviews. The hotel I stayed in was nothing like the one they complained about. I found NOTHING to complain about. I would definitely stay there again and refer it to others.
