Horrible experience!! Upon getting ready to get into bed and pulling covers back I found bugs in the bed!! Then the hotel refused to give a refund for the room! Pictures were taken and sent to the general manager. Just Awful!!

Great location.
Great place to stay near the hospital. The breakfast was good, but it would be nice to have more items available for those who do not eat gluten.

Definitely recommend!! Friendly staff comfy beds!
Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. Our room did smell like **** tho when we checked in. The desk gave some spray, but that was bad. Everything else was completely wonderful.

You can do better
The young gentleman that checked us in was polite and friendly. Upon checking out the female at the counter was not as friendly and seemed put out to have to do her job. All the times before our breakfast experience was great but this time wasnt. They were out of hot food and had to wait several minutes for more food. When it came out the bacon was cold and not as advertised for that day and food help was also not friendly

Won’t stay again if I can help it.
Don’t think I’ll be staying at this location again if I can help it. First, there was the approximately 1 hour wait for a disabled accessible room within the check in window. Secondly, the AC unit was loud and noisy resulting in a not-so-restful night at all. Could have simply called to request a new room; however, given the wait encountered for a disabled accessible room the confidence in getting a new disabled accessible room was not high. One positive was the associate, Blair, who attempted to soothe the delay in getting into the paid-for-in-advance disabled access room.

Everything was as expected for a hotel of this caliber. However, it was quite surprising to find the laundry room completely out of service. All three washers were there—none of them working.

Overall the stay was great, its close to the hospital and fit the need while visiting a friend. The beds were comfortable, room was spacious. The layout was different in the double queen, the toilet and shower are separate and you can hear everything when someone is using the toilet. The walls are thin, even could hear the neighboring bathroom usage. The other thing we ran into was the morning breakfast, it seemed as if they had one person trying to keep up with it on a Saturday morning. Always had to wait for food, bacon was over cooked, coffee was always empty.
Would I go again, possibly.

Friendly, Well-appointed Hotel
Our stay was most pleasant and included a visit to the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. I think the place could use a few more luggage carts, because there were a couple of times when these were unavailable. Other than that, I hardly recommend this hotel.
